linoone_ferret_by_heezdedjim-d89ye94

  • Origin Form: Male Linoone Fuzzbutt (1’8” / 0.5m, 71.6 lbs / 32.5 kg)
    • Linoone: Linoone is a slender-bodied, quadruped Pokémon. Most of its fur is white, but it has several brown stripes. One long stripe stretches the length of its body before ending in an arrowhead shape on its forehead. The are additional stripes on each side of its bushy tail and on its cheeks. It has sharp, elongated claws and small pointed teeth. It has small, tuft-like ears, long cheek fur, and blue eyes.
      •  LinooneZigzagoon
      • Linoone can run up to 60 miles per hour, but has to stop before it can make a turn. It often fails to catch prey due to only being able to run in a straight line. When it sees prey underwater in ponds, it leaps in and uses its sharp claws to catch the prey. As shown in the anime, Linoone has an attraction to anything round, and will grab any orb-shaped object it sees if given the chance. It often carries a snatched object in its expandable cheek pouches and deposits it in any of a number of secret stashes it keep on its territory. Linoone tends to live in grasslands.

    • Hogwarts Attendee: {Harry Potter} Ziggy was at Hogwarts and has magical potential… but squanders it all on naps.
    • Slithering House: {Harry Potter} Ziggy was sorted into Slithering House. He has a little badge.
    • Pureboop: {Harry Potter} Ziggy has boop as pure as any ferret in the world.
  • Ranma 1/2 Import
    • Form 3: ‘Zhi-Gi’Male Chinese Ferret-Badger
    • Drop-In Origin: Literally. You just fall out of the sky, and land in one of the cursed springs. Fortunately, the guide has some plane tickets and some local ID for you, and sends you on your way to Japan where all of the other foreigners that come here seem to be from. No new memories to mess with your head. No new memories to help you make sense of this place. (Would they really have helped anyway?)
    • The Jusenkyo Curse: There are over 100 springs in Jusenkyo, and each has it’s own tragic story, about someone or something that drowned in that spring, some time in the last thousand or so years. Now, whoever falls into that spring will take the form (and sometimes the mind!) of whoever or whatever fell in that spring so long ago. Fortunately for you, you landed in one of the springs that only affects the body. The curse of Jusenkyo’s effect is simple – being hit with cold water will transform you into the animal, person, or creature specified by the spring, and being hit by hot water will return you to your “real” form. If you’ve been cursed with a gender change, it will turn you into what you would have looked like if you had been born that gender. If it is an animal or creature based spring, it will turn you into a version of that animal which may somewhat resemble you – for example a cat form may have the same color hair as you, and it will be at a similar level of age as you (ie: a young person (12 years old) becomes a young dog (1 year old), and old person (70 years) becomes an old rat (2 years is old for a rat). If the type you rolled has more than one sub-type, you can choose that for yourself. (ie: Siamese cat vs. Maine Coon, etc…
      • Spring of the Drowned Fish: Amur Leopard
    • Form 3: Amur Leopard
    • Some Kind of Ninja: You’re really sneaky. You can find good hiding spots in any environment, including an empty room, or wide open plains, and most people will not be able to spot you until you jump out and reveal yourself. Whether you’re delivering takeout, spying, or waiting in ambush, only the most observant and seasoned observers will know you’re there.
  • Great Detective Import
    • Dropped on Head In Background: Doook!
    • Rough & Tumble: Barfights were where you cut your knuckles, and you’ve had more than your fair share of dust ups. Tough enough to put down a drunk gorilla, and strong enough to haul it out onto the street.
    • Blunt Object: Even the most unstoppable personality surrenders to you. Whether through idiocy or obliviousness you have become immune to seduction, manipulation or malicious trickery.  Also grants a hardier head and stronger mental defences.
    • Harmless Enough: Whether through seeming innocent, incompetent or small, you have found a way to pass unnoticed and beneath suspicion most times. Hide behind enemy gazes and sidle around society.
    • Detective’s Notebook: Never gets permanently lost, damaged, or out of pages or ink (somehow). A place to write down your thoughts (hhha!) almost perfectly that’s always on hand, when facing blackouts or out of tape. Organize your thoughts and clues! Comes with an Index that updates like magic! Apparently very tasty.
  • Avatar: The Last Airbender Quasi-Import
    • Form 5: ‘Zhi Gi’ a Fire-ferret, or rather 8 of them in succession.
  • Civilization Quasi-Import
    • Member of the Magi Pantheon: Magi Ferret God of Chaos & Fun. Ziggy is God!… kinda.
  • Disney Princess Import
    • Form ?: Red Panda
    • Sing a Little Song: Burst into song at any time. You’ll know the words, and won’t stumble in your diction. Any song perks or magic that you take can be combined using this ability. Doesn’t give you a beautiful voice, but if you have the capacity, it will help train one.
    • Grit Your teeth: When it comes time to push through your problems, you push through them. Train longer, run farther, fight off that magic spell, swim through the waters of hell if you have to. You can be slowed down, but not stopped.
  • A Song of Ice and Fire Pet Import
    • Form ?: Westerosi Direwolf
    • Pet: An unshakably loyal animal. Whether this is a dire wolf, shadowcat, lizardlion, hrakkar, mammoth, snow bear or perhaps even a small kraken it is a peculiarly strong example of its kind and it will follow you to the seven hells and back. Nothing magical. You may import an existing pet.
      • Applied by AJ. Ziggy is Direwolf!
  • Scooby-Doo Import
    • Prehensile Tail: you can use your tail easily to hold and manipulate objects.  This ability works with any form you have that possess a tail.
    • Run For Your Life: When frightened or surprised, you are able to run at a significantly increased speed.  Even in normal circumstances you’re still a little faster than you used to be.
  • RWBY Import
    • Form ?: White Grimm Ferret-oid
    • Drop-In: You know the drill, new jump, new world, new problems.
    • Landing Strategy: You now have a plan to survive any fall that takes longer than five seconds to hit the ground. Three seconds in a pinch.
    • Stubborn: You refuse to die that easily, not only holding on when lesser men would fall but also inspiring others to do the same. Ignores mortal damage once.
    • The Four-Chain: This chaingun is also a chainsaw, whose chainbelt is a chainwhip you can wear like chainmail! What should be horribly impractical fits like a glove in your hands, confusing many, killing most. You feel braver and luckier, but reloading is tricky.
    • Team Tag: Arrangements have been made to make you the silent letter member of a four-man team. Carries over in future jumps, allowing one to access social circles easier!
    • Semblance: ???
  • Touhou Project Import
    • Form ?: Tanuki Fairy Drop-In
    • Tanuki (Fairy): Fairies are creatures who represent Mother Nature in some way. Though fairies live short lives, they regenerate immediately after they die, though that trait will not apply to you until the end of your Jumpchain. Fairies are talented in magic, but few put forth enough effort to improve their skills due to their childish demeanor, even though it is theoretically possible. However, because of how neutral and down-right adorable most fairies are, almost everyone will be on good terms with them, even if they are openly antagonistic. They’ll just think the innocent fairy is trying to act cuter.
    • Drop-In: You are nobody but yourself, a stranger to this mythical world. Though you are without a history and deprived of connections or resources in Gensokyo, you are also without conflicting memories and established foes. With a clean slate, it’s up to you to paint your own canvas in this strange, yet beautiful world.
    • Soar: In Gensokyo, the ability to levitate and fly are very common, and is crucial to Danmaku battles. With some practice, you can learn to travel just as fast around sharp bends and even backwards as you can dead ahead.
    • Focus Undivided: It is critical in Danmaku battles that one can evade fire just as effectively as they can return fire. This will give you keen, supernatural awareness of your body’s surroundings, and will allow you to manipulate your body to more easily let projectiles and other attacks to graze by harmlessly.
    • Elemental’s Secret: You will have power over the Wu Xing elements – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Each ability have a lot of potential by themselves, but shine brightest when creatively used together to manipulate the world all around you. Alternatively, some magicians have opted to focus in on one element in particular while ignoring the rest to give themselves an exponential boost for that particular element when compared to one with a jack of all trades approach. This magic also allows for you to invoke and manipulate the power of the sun and the moon, further empowering your abilities.
      • Wood
  • Fairy Tail Import
    • Form ?: ‘Ghost Thief Zig’, a Siberian Wolf-Ferret
    • Phasing Magic: A C-Class Magic that allows the user to pass through solid objects without harming themselves or the object. Works over short ranges only.
    • Strength: Even without magic, you seem able to lift more and hit harder than those around you.  Your muscles are at the pinnacle of humanity.
    • Fighting Spirit: No Matter how strong your opponent, you just keep getting up when knocked down.  So long as you have the will to stand and fight (and aren’t, you know, dead), your body has no choice but to obey.
  • The West Wing Quasi-Import
    • Name & Title: Ziggy von Zigbeast of the Zigwald Zigbeasts, Mascot.
  • Demon’s Souls Import
    • Stable Movement: Not all environments are easy to move in, such as ice or beams for instance. You don’t care about that because you can move on them like it was just normal ground. This lets you run on stuff like ice or wooden beams without falling down.
    • Thief’s Grace: A comparison could be made between you and a ghost. you have been trained in the art of stealth, making it easier for you to go unseen by others. This has the added benefit of increased agility and dexterity, surely that will help in battle.
  • Gargoyles Import
    • Form 6: Male Gargbeast Warrior
      • You are a dog! Sure, you’ve got leathery skin that’s as tough as chain mail and look like a dragon banged a bulldog, but otherwise you’re just like a regular dog.
    • Warrior Background: You’ve spent your whole life fighting one thing or another. Whether it was hunting Gargoyles, fighting Vikings, or even just training for anything, your a skilled and able-bodied soldier ready to protect your life or end someone else’s.
    • One Man Army: You excel when facing multiple opponents. Whether it’s 5 Gargoyles or an army of Quarrymen, you can handle as many people as the world wants to throw at you. You’ll never be too distracted to dodge a blow from behind and you’ll notice when someone disappears during combat. Basically, fending off a small room of people is only slightly harder than facing an individual.
    • Teamwork: When working with your teammates things just seem to go exactly right. You’re both in exactly the right place to pull off your team attacks or distract while the other person goes for the purse. Tricking opponents, getting out of the way of big attacks, and surprising your enemies is almost too easy. You don’t even have to arrange it beforehand.
    • Unstoppable Guardian: When something you care about is threatened, nothing can stand in your way. You gain a major boost in willpower when your eyes start to glow. You can easily intimidate most regular human or animal opponents.
    • Warrior’s Instincts: Whether it’s through years of experience or just a gut feeling, you can tell when you’re being led-on by your enemies. You’ll never again have to worry about overextending your reach and accidentally getting caught with your pants down. Now that will only happen on purpose.
    • Rubber Viking Sword Squeaky Toy: A nigh impossibly durable squeaky toy shaped like a sword.  Tastes extra nummy and squeaks loudly when chewed on.
    • Lucky Sleeper: For some reason, few will target you when you’re unawares. Maybe you’re just too darn cute. Enemies have second and third thoughts about taking you out while you’re sleeping or just doing more important things. A truly determined foe will power through it, but they’re more likely to just wait for you to wake up to try and kill you. Now you no longer have to worry about assassins while conducting open heart surgery or someone smashing you when you turn to stone.
    • Durable: Catch a sword with your hands, take a laser to the gut, whatever your masochistic heart desires. Your skin is now tough as good hard leather armor, with the feel of suede.
  • Lewd / Princess Bride Upgrade
    • C.O.U.S.: {From SJ’s Collection} A Collar of Unusual Size is a magically resizing collar to be worn around the neck. The wearer or jumper may resize the wearer at will, ignoring the squarecube law and other fiddly bits. Worn by a mouse it could outsize a man, or make a man the size of a mouse… use that as your guideline.
    • Soreless Saddle: {From SJ’s Collection} This is the perfect saddle. While made for a horse, you could easily fit it on another riding beast, and it prevents any and all discomfort from the ride itself. Can’t do anything about the environment.
  • Pacific Rim Import
    • Kaiju Researcher Background: A few months ago you were a Kaiju research scientist’s pet, but now you’re a monster. Apparently, one of the other researchers somehow figured out how to transform animals into Kaiju. He chose you as his first test subject, and now you have the strange ability to switch between wolverine form and Kaiju form at will. You’re able to alter the toxicity of your blood at will… or would if you understood what that meant.
    • Djawadi’s Favor: There will always be a well-composed rock/electronic soundtrack for your fights, unless you choose to substitute a specific song during a given battle.
    • Kaiju Behavioral Studies: You have an innate knowledge of how Kaiju act and adapt to situations. You’ll be able to form plans and strategies to combat them. If you decide to move on, this ability will extend to cover all non-sentient aliens and monsters.
    • Form 7: Kaiju-Hybrid, Arctic Wolverine with Kaiju Blue Blood.
    • Form 8: Hybrid-Kaiju, War Weasel. Sure, not fluffy, but sometimes enemy bases need to be weasel war danced on.
      • Might, Speed, Toughness: Hit harder, move faster, tank more damage than a typical Category III Kaiju. Able to easily shrug off most punches from a Jaeger.
      • Pneumatic Spine Shooter: Ziggy can now fire tough, bony spines from his back and shoulders!
      • Wait, I Died?: While Ziggy’s cognitive skills suffer a bit of decay in his Kaiju Form (or when snacks are involved), it would take the obliteration of his limbs and or the utter annihilation of his brain to stop him from fighting at full strength. He is literally too dumb to go down when he should. Good Ziggy.
      • Carapace: An extra-tough layer of armor on most of your body, capable of shrugging off all conventional weapons and holding up against a Jaeger for hours.
    • Kaiju Medkit: A small black and blue box containing 5 rolls of medical gauze that can absorb Kaiju blood. There’s also an instruction pamphlet in the box that shows you how to make more of the gauze. Ziggy ate the book.
  • Tenchi Muyo! Quasi-Import
    • Form ?a: ‘Ziggy-Ohki’, a Cabbitoid / Fuzzbit
    • Form ?b: A Masu Space Superiority Combat Platform. Ziggy is SHIP!
  • Dresden Files Import
    • Mortal
    • Day Job (Police Dog… yes he’s still a ferret, it says even if it doesn’t make any sense)
    • Tiny but Fierce
    • Unwholesomely Good-Looking
