deoxys_by_mrredbutcher-d7q3omq

  • Origin Form: Attack-Type Genderless Deoxys Warrior (5’7” / 1.7m, 134lbs / 61kg)
    • Deoxys: Deoxys is an alien-like bipedal Pokémon that came from outer space from inside of a meteor. It has four Formes, each focused on a different stat. The main components that are constant for all four Formes are a dominant reddish orange color, a bluish-green face, and three bluish-green dots on its back arranged in a triangle. Typically, there is a purple stripe running down the center of its face and a purple, crystalline organ in its chest. Its white, circular eyes are set inside rectangular, black eye sockets. Deoxys may alternatively have a green crystalline organ and facial stripe.
      • Normal Forme: In its Normal Forme, Deoxys has tapering legs with a segmented, vertical, blue stripe on the upper portion. The abdomen is black with vertical lines, while the majority of its skin is reddish-orange. The arms are capable of taking different forms, usually a pair of tentacles coiled in a double helix. One tentacle is the primarily skin color, while the other is light blue. Alternately, it can form more humanoid arms with a red top and blue underside and a five-fingered hand. This Forme has a blunt protrusion with a single blue stripe on either side of its head and stubby tail.
      • File:386Deoxys.png
      • Attack Forme: While in its Attack Forme, its legs remain tapered. However, its blue stripes are no longer segmented and run the entire length of the leg and there is now a large spike on the knee. Two pairs of whip-like tentacles with pointed tips, one reddish-orange and one blue, replace its previous coiled, blunted tentacles. The protrusion on its head are now triangular with an additional one extending for the top of its head. Most of its reddish-orange skin has receded, revealing a striated, black chest and abdomen. Finally, its tail is now longer and more pointed.
      • File:386Deoxys-Attack.png
      • Defense Forme: Deoxys’s Defense Forme has bulky, wide legs that are somewhat flat at the end with a bluish-green spot on each knee. It retains its two pairs of red and blue tentacles, but they are now flat and broad. The head has fused with its body and all protrusion are gone, causing it to resemble a helmet. The reddish-orange skin now covers the entire body, so none of its inner black portion is visible. There is now a single blue stripe on each shoulder, and its tail has disappeared.
      • File:386Deoxys-Defense.png
      • Speed Forme: The Speed Forme of this Pokémon has a sleek black body with thin striation. The reddish-orange skin now covers only its head, hip joints, and the area around its crystal. There is now only one tentacle on each side of its body, one red and one blue. The protrusions on its head now point upward and the back of its head now forms a long spike. There is a long, thick blue stripe running down the center of this longer protrusion. More blue stripes appear on either hip joint and on its legs.
      • File:386Deoxys-Speed.png
      • Deoxys was formed by the mutation of a virus from space. The Pokémon is highly intelligent; its brain appears to be the crystal in its chest. This organ is capable of firing laser beams. Additionally, Deoxys can use psychokinetic powers, which are useful for its signature move Psycho Boost. It is able to regenerate any part of its body that it may have lost during a battle. It has also demonstrated the ability to create an aurora without changing its Forme. These auroras can have different electromagnetic wavelengths and are used to communicate with other Deoxys. It is also shown that the various electromagnetic waves given off by people, Pokémon, and all electronics can obscure its vision if there is enough interference with its communication.
      • Deoxys has been observed to create clones of itself. These clones have lifeless eyes and duller color, lack of the trademark crystal on the chest, and seem to be unable to change from the Normal Forme. Furthermore, they seem unable to morph their tentacles into hands. When these clones are defeated, they dissolve into dust-like particles.
    • Psychic Type: Weak to Bug, Ghost, & Dark type attacks, but resistant to Psychic & Fighting type attacks
    • Pressure: Increases the rate of energy usage by enemies in direct combat. Also attracts more powerful enemies in enemy rich environments.
    • Psycho Boost: The user attacks the target at full power. The attack’s recoil harshly lowers the user’s Special Attack Stat. PP 8, Power 210 (STAB), Accuracy 90%, Psychic Special Ranged Attack. This move deals double damage to Fighting & Poison Types, half damage to Psychic & Steel types, and no damage to Dark Types.
    • Superpower: The user attacks the target with great power. However this also lowers the user’s Attack and Defense. PP 8, Power 120, Accuracy 100% Fighting Physical Melee. This move deals double damage to Bug, Grass, Ice, & Steel Types, but half damage to Dragon, Fire, Rock, & Water Types.
    • Extreme Speed: The user charges the target at blinding speed. This move always goes first. Normal Physical Melee PP 8, Power 80, Accuracy 100%, Priority +2. This move does half damage to Steel or Rock Types, and no damage to Ghost Types.
    • Ice Beam: The target is struck with an icy-cold beam of energy. This may also leave the target frozen (10% chance). PP 16, Power 90, Accuracy 100%, Ice Special Ranged Attack. This move deals double damage to Dragon, Flying, Grass, & Ground Types but half damage to Fire, Ice, Steel, & Water Types.

  • Ranma 1/2 Import
    • Form 2a: ‘D’, Genderless Alien Infiltrator Martial Artist
    • Martial Artist Background: You’re a Martial Artist! Perhaps you’ve been wandering the world learning new skills and training, or you may even live at a local dojo. Either way, you’ll be coming to Nerima, and you’ll be drawn into the middle of a giant mess. At least it’s good training! You’ve probably got a place to stay around here somewhere, either with your family, or an apartment, or at a local temple – they often take in wandering martial artists in exchange for janitorial work. Learn weird and oddly specific martial arts like Martial Arts Tea Ceremony! You’ve got awesome skills in fighting! You’re going to need them. Random people will pop up every week or so wanting to fight you. Sometimes they’ll even have a reason.
    • The Jusenkyo Curse: There are over 100 springs in Jusenkyo, and each has it’s own tragic story, about someone or something that drowned in that spring, some time in the last thousand or so years. Now, whoever falls into that spring will take the form (and sometimes the mind!) of whoever or whatever fell in that spring so long ago. Fortunately for you, you landed in one of the springs that only affects the body. The curse of Jusenkyo’s effect is simple – being hit with cold water will transform you into the animal, person, or creature specified by the spring, and being hit by hot water will return you to your “real” form. If you’ve been cursed with a gender change, it will turn you into what you would have looked like if you had been born that gender. If it is an animal or creature based spring, it will turn you into a version of that animal which may somewhat resemble you – for example a cat form may have the same color hair as you, and it will be at a similar level of age as you (ie: a young person (12 years old) becomes a young dog (1 year old), and old person (70 years) becomes an old rat (2 years is old for a rat). If the type you rolled has more than one sub-type, you can choose that for yourself. (ie: Siamese cat vs. Maine Coon, etc…
      • Spring of the Drowned Swan: Alien Swan
    • Form 2: Alien Swan Form
    • Martial Acrobatics: As a basic skill of combat, you’ve learned to bounce around like a rubber ball, able to leap up onto nearby rooftops and fall even further without getting hurt. You’re also frustratingly hard to land a hit on… why won’t you stay still?!?!
  • Great Detective Import
    • Form 3: Quasi-Human Imposter
    • Professional Background: As a professional manhunter, you may work for a large security firm, or your nation’s intelligence networks, or even Interpol. You draw a regular salary, and your cases are more high-brow.
    • Profiler: By careful examination of the crime or the crime scene, you can piece together characteristics and a personality of the likely culprit. Normally a near impossible feat for humans to pull off, your guesses are more often on the mark than not.
    • Infinite Patience: You have been compared to a snake or cold blooded reptile many times. Which is to say, on stake-outs and sting ops, you are as patient as a rock, but when the time comes to it, your reflexes are not dulled, but whip fast! Never get bored or tired while waiting.
    • Blacklight Torch: Picks up traces of bodily fluids, no matter how much time has passed. If not present, it will tell you if somebody tried erasing them. Good for picking up dirty laundry or getting impressions.
    • The Badge: To protect and to serve, it says when you can read it. Keep it on your belt, pocket, wallet or collar, this is proof of authority in near any jurisdiction or plane of existence. Allows you to freely interrogate anything once a day.
    • Detective’s Notebook: Never gets permanently lost, damaged, or out of pages or ink (somehow). A place to write down your thoughts almost perfectly that’s always on hand, when facing blackouts or out of tape. Organize your thoughts and clues! Comes with an Index that updates like magic!
  • Kill-la-Kill Import
    • Student: You wake up in a lumpy bed in some hovel in the lower levels of Honno to the tune of a spoon clanging against a metal cup and a voice calling you to attend breakfast. You begin your stay in Honnouji academy as a No-Star student. As a No-Star, not much will be expected of you other than adequate grades, club attendance, and obedience. You’ll be living together with your new family, a close-knit and loving group who will support you the best they can with their meager means. Sadly, your house has almost no utilities whatsoever. Your electricity runs off of a noisy generator, every shower you take is a cold one, and all you have for winter heating is huddling up together to keep each other warm. If you want better living quarters and more power, though, you could try taking on more responsibilities as a student…
    • Sports: Nothing beats kicking around the good ol’ Pigskin, or kicking around the good ol’ soccer ball, or kicking around the good ol’ side of the other guy’s head. All competitive sports fall under this category, from Baseball to Tennis to martial arts like Kendo and Karate. Expect training from hell, whether you want it or not.
      • Acrobatics Club
  • Avatar: The Last Airbender Quasi-Import
    • Spirit Form: In the world of Avatar, Dyna took on the guise of “Kan Shan”, The Spirit of Battle, who takes the form of an eye surrounded by ribbons.
  • Civilization Quasi-Import
    • Member of the Magi Pantheon: Magi God of The Unknown.
  • Generic Zombie Apocalypse Auto-Import
    • Doctor Background: You have a solid grasp of mundane diseases and their treatments… very useful knowledge for when the festering dead are walking the Earth. You’re also quite competent when it comes to actually healing physical injuries. Medical ethics technically require a physician to show consideration and benevolence for their patients… but you feel sometimes there just isn’t time for that in an emergency. You’re far more dedicated to the work of physically improving the body than ensuring your patients feel good about their treatment. You don’t necessarily need to have formerly worked as a general practitioner, but you have completed medical school and likely hold a position in medicine or a related field.
    • Disease Resistance: Perhaps it’s from spending too much time around sick folks in hospitals, or maybe you just live a healthy lifestyle… either way, it takes more for you to get sick than others. Even a zombie scratch might not pass on infection… just be sure to watch out for those teeth.
  • Scooby-Doo Import
    • Divide & Conquer: You can subliminally convince a group to break into separate groups when they’re trying to accomplish a task. You need not actually speak to accomplish this.
    • Run For Your Life: When frightened or surprised, you are able to run at a significantly increased speed. Even in normal circumstances you’re still a little faster than you used to be.
  • Touhou Project Import
    • Form ?: a genderless Lunarian Servant
    • Servant: You dedicated your life serving a master, who had guided you from as far back as you could remember, molding you to the person you are today. Your relationship with your superior is good, feeling more like close friends, or even loving family than merely servant and master. Though you would never admit it, perhaps a little more freedom would be nice once in awhile…
    • Lunarian: The Lunarians are no strangers to war, and have even fought again humans from the Outside World wielding modern technology during the moon landings. As a result, on top of their strong magical abilities, Lunarians are also trained in military tactics and strategy, and have the combat training and experience any competent soldier should have. They also have the ability to use ESP to communicate with others telepathically. May or may not develop rabbit-like features. If so, the ears may or may not act like the antenna for their ESP.
    • Soar: In Gensokyo, the ability to levitate and fly are very common, and is crucial to Danmaku battles. With some practice, you can learn to travel just as fast around sharp bends and even backwards as you can dead ahead.
    • Spell Card Pact: After your time here, you may impose spell card rules in any Jumpchain of choice before a fight if given consent. This does not require the use of actual spell cards, though it may if you wish, but instead an agreement to suppress and equalize raw power for both parties, creating an environment where pure skill is valued above all. The outcomes of these fights will not result in death of either party, no matter how powerful the attacks. However, it will hurt, and will render most unconscious after getting hit with powerful enough attacks.
    • Lunatic Red Eyes: You gain the ability to sense and manipulate waves, the source of power localizing in your eyes or the closest equivalent. You are most proficient at manipulating brain waves, allowing you to induce madness or hallucinations depending on the strength of your opponent’s will. You can also manipulate light and sound waves to deceive the senses indirectly, from concealing the paths of your projectile attacks, to creating after-images of herself, to casting wide-area illusions that cause people to get lost. As a cherry on top, you are also capable of releasing waves from your eyes in a destructive blast. Though you are flexible in the variety of waves you can manipulate, waves besides brain waves, visible light waves, and sound waves are much more difficult to do so. Controlling more powerful or conceptual waves will be out of your control entirely.
  • Fairy Tail Import
    • Title: ‘Hyperspider Dianna’, a Human?
    • High Speed: A B-Class Magic that allows the user to go fast… Very Fast… somewhere around “Jet plane” Fast. Doesn’t allow the user to fly.
    • Thread Magic: A C-Class Magic that allows the User to create threads much like spider webs.  These threads can, in fact, be used to create such webs and stick people to them.
  • The West Wing Quasi-Import
    • Name & Title: Dyna des Oxydes, Bodyguard
  • Dragon’s Crown Import
    • Form 4: Hydeland Dwarf-oid
      • Base Stats: STR: S | CON: S | INT: E | MGR: D | DEX: C | LUC: B
      • A stout, powerful melee combatant who can deal and deliver massive amounts of melee damage. Yours is a once proud race slowly diminishing. The great underground kingdoms of your kin lay empty or worse, infested by evil and decay. You were raised in one of two dwarven families in a small human village. Discontent with serving as a mercenary and filled with frustration over the state of your people, you look to the open road.
    • Epic Proportions?: The world of Hydeland has a particular aesthetic, and you can selectively redesign your body one time to meet that aesthetic, complete with three enhanced physical features, the more specific, the bigger the boost.
    • Palette Swap: You can recolor the outfit you’re currently wearing so that the pattern and color scheme compliment each other based off your personal preferences.
    • Soundtrack: A sweeping heroic score accompanies your hero’s journey. You can control who hears this score and its volume. This also works for the morally ambiguous and villainous.
    • Basic Attack: You know the basics of melee combat. You can swing a sword without injuring yourself.  If you’re so inclined, you’re good with a shield.  And, if you’re a magic user, you can channel small amounts of magic through a staff in order to bolster your attacks.
    • Punch: You are the master of unarmed melee combat, not so much due to technique, you’re pretty one-dimensional truth be told, but due to raw power. Your punches hit like a ton of bricks. With enough effort and practice, you could probably punch someone through a wall.
    • Grappling: Your skills in the clinch are amazing. Throwing opponents around like rag dolls is child’s play for you. If you can put your hands on your opponent, you can force them to wrestle with you. You’re still limited by your own size, compared to that of your opponent, but your technique and strength allows you to dominate opponents who are either much more skilled or much stronger than you.
    • Elemental Attack: With Time and preparation, you can make your weapon a focus of elemental energy. A weapon so imbued will add elemental damage to its attack. Ranged weapons will create ranged elemental attacks and melee weapons add elemental effects to their melee strikes. It takes a few moments focus to create this charge, and the same to dispel it, and while making a weapon into an elemental focus requires mana, the individual attacks do not drain mana.
    • Ammunition Opportunism: You are incredibly skilled at finding and repurposing expended weapons and ammunition found on the battlefield. Arrows you pluck from corpses or from the ground itself will be perfectly useful to you. Thrown melee weapons, axes, hammers, and the like will still be sturdy and have keen edges.
  • Lewd / Princess Bride Import
    • Mercenary Background: A swordmaster with few mortal peers but at the detriment of any other skills or connections. You have dedicated two decades of your life to the complete and utter mastery of personal combat. You’ve reached a peak of mundane skill such that you have few peers, and routinely sell your martial prowess to the highest bidder.
    • Hello: You let your skill at arms speak for you, and they speak eloquently and well. You’re fluent in every significant style of fencing to ever grace the small sword, a poet of steel and violence.
    • Small Sword: A Mastercraft Foil that is self-repairing & self-maintaining.
    • Tenfold Bag: A bag with a capacity ten times what is suggested by its size and a weight a tenth of what it should be.
  • Pacific Rim Import
    • Form 5: Kaiju-Hybrid, An androgynous Humanoid with orange skin with blue Kaiju Blood.
    • Form 6: Hybrid-Kaiju, Domani is a Category 3 sized Kaiju (250 foot tall), possessing extraordinary strength, toughness, and speed for a Category III. Pressure resistance equal to the ocean floor. All physical abilities scale in this form. Takes the form of a giant gray Defense Deoxys. It has rough gray skin, blue bioluminescent markings, and innards.
      • Might, Speed, Toughness: Hit harder, move faster, tank more damage than a typical Category III Kaiju. Able to easily shrug off most punches from a Jaeger.
      • Extra Limbs: Domani has a smaller secondary pair of arms under its primary ones.
      • Multiple Tails: Domani has a pair of massive tentacles in addition to its tail. All of them are bladed.
      • Petrochem Spray: Domani can spray a slurry of highly flammable petroleum derivatives at its foes.
    • Kaiju Researcher Background: A few months ago you were a Kaiju research scientist for the PPDC, but now you’re a monster. Apparently, one of the other researchers somehow figured out how to transform humans into Kaiju. He chose you as his first test subject, and now you have the strange ability to switch between human and Kaiju form at will. You’re able to alter the toxicity of your blood at will.
    • Djawadi’s Favor: There will always be a well-composed rock/electronic soundtrack for your fights, unless you choose to substitute a specific song during a given battle.
    • Kaiju Behavioral Studies: You have an innate knowledge of how Kaiju act and adapt to situations. You’ll be able to form plans and strategies to combat them. If you decide to move on, this ability will extend to cover all non-sentient aliens and monsters.
  • Tenchi Muyo! Quasi-Import
    • Form ?: ‘Pogo’, a Disney Monkey
  • Harry Potter Import (Return)
    • Dyna: Dianne “DeeDee” Driver, Ravenclaw, Drop-In [+100] (Return)
    • Wand: This is a whippy rosewood wand. It is just a bit over nine inches long. This wand’s core is hippogriff tail hair. Blacklight Torch import
    • Hogwarts Attendee: DeeDee focused on Arithmancy and History of Magic
    • Impoverished: Your family are significantly poorer than average.
    • Ravenclaw: You are sorted into the wise house of Ravenclaw. Filius Flitwick, a small, clever man, is your head of house. Your common room is an airy light room at the top of a tower and boasts an excellent view of the school grounds. Ravenclaws are known for their intelligence, wit, wisdom and creativity.
    • Drop-In: No memory set affecting your actions. You have no family, therefore no choice over family wealth, you are automatically impoverished. No evidence of blood status. People will likely assume you’re muggle-born. You wake up at the reception of an orphanage. After a brief conversation in which it is ascertained that you have no friends, family or memory of this world the kind lady at reception assures you that you have a place at her orphanage. She also remarks that , oddly, they have already received a letter for you and that there was a strange man in peculiar clothing asking after you earlier that day. You will stay in the orphanage during summers.
    • Wit Beyond Measure: You are a preeminent puzzler, have a naturally quick wit and grasp theoretical principles with the best of them.
    • Memory Spell Specialist: You have a gift for memory charms allowing you to erase and replace memories with an almost preternatural skill once you learn the required spells.
    • Wandlore: You have a great knowledge of wandlore and practical skill at wand making. You can make decent wands out of imperfect woods and unconventional cores. You may use nearly any magical part of magical creatures as cores with varying success. Unconventional wands with powerfully magical cores are potentially powerful but erratic and extremely dangerous.
    • Metamorphmagus: You may change your facial features, hair, and the shape of your body (including your sex) as often as you wish at will.
    • Muggle-Duelling: You gain excellent fighting abilities as well as training with various weapons (both melee and firearms).
